Since we launched in 2023, we’ve always been proud to offer free swatches to all our customers — no matter how big or small your order. We know how important it is to see and feel the fabrics in person, to check the color, the texture, the drape, and, most of all, to make sure the quality is everything you expect it to be.
Every single one of our swatches is made by hand, one by one, by our small team. We create them on-the-go so you will see the latest colors from the most recent batch, so whenever a swatch order comes in, we make it on demand. While we’ve definitely gotten more efficient over time (practice makes progress!), it still takes us a good chunk of time to craft each one with care.
During our peak season, our small team is busy working hard to get your orders out the door, which means we have a little less time to prepare as many free swatches as we’d like. To make sure we can keep up with everything (and keep everyone happy!), we’ve decided to temporarily limit free swatches to 6 per month. This isn’t set in stone forever—we’re already thinking about whether we can bump it up to 10 in the future. But for now, with our team stretched a little thin, this feels like the right call to keep things running smoothly.
