Shipping Information
We are an online-only fabric store with headquarters in Hong Kong and warehouses across Asia. Most of our fabrics are sourced from Asia and shipped by air. To make it simple and hassle-free, our shipping prices are fixed and charged at a flat-rate when ordering by the yard.
For bulk and wholesale orders, shipping prices are quoted separately and charged by weight. Please see the details below for more information on shipping options and rates.
For Orders by the Yard
When you order by the yard, we provide flat-rate shipping to numerous countries. This means that no matter how much fabric you purchase, the shipping cost stays the same.
Estimated shipping times are typically around 2 weeks. For more precise delivery estimates, please refer to the shipping information provided in the product page to see estimated delivery dates to your destination country.
When ordering by the yard, no additional customs duties or taxes will be applied.
For Orders by the Roll
When you order in bulk, starting from a minimum of 1 roll, shipping will be quoted separately. This allows us to accommodate the unique needs of businesses. Since shipping prices fluctuate weekly, we can provide accurate, up-to-date quotations. For a custom quote, email us at hello@yardblox.com

Please note, once dispatched, the courier is responsible for delivery. Yardblox is NOT responsible for any failure or delay in the delivery process. Additionally, Yardblox is NOT accountable for weather-related or pandemic restrictions delays.
Lost & Stolen
If your order has been marked as delivered, and you cannot find the package, please contact the carrier asap. All items purchased from Yardblox are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Unattended Shipments
If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman. Undeliverable packages may be subject to a re-delivery fee. You are responsible for immediately responding to calls and emails from the courier service and Yardblox. If the shipment is unattended by the receiver, the parcel will be discarded. In other words, the parcel will not be sent back to Yardblox and will be wasted.
Refused Shipments
We do not handle refused shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Yardblox, the parcel will be discarded. In other words, the parcel will not be sent back to Yardblox and will be wasted.
Holidays & Peak Season Delays
During the holiday and peak seasons, standard delivery may take up to one month or more from the order date to arrival. If you require expedited shipping to receive your order on time, please contact us in advance. Yardblox is unable to process refunds for delays caused by courier services.
Christmas Season Notice: Orders may be impacted from late November through the end of December.
