We have a strict quality control process and all of our prodocuts are inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event that your order arrived defected, we are happy to exchange your item, however no refunds can be processed, ONLY EXCHANGES for the same item number and quantity. We highly encourage our customers to order swatches before any fabric order, therefore we offer the swatches free of charge, so you can focus more on getting the right fabric you need. As all our fabric orders are non-refundable.
